Chernobyl Exclusion Zone: Current Status and Challenges

Ukraine is proposing a unique overview of the situation that might be faced by the Fukushima evacuation zone. We introduce the new challenges for collaborative research in both the Chornobyl exclusion zone (ChNPP EZ) and Fukushima alienated territories, based on recovery activities at ChNPP EZ for the recovery of Fukushima.
We studied and classified consequences and challenges, caused by the emergence of ChNPP EZ. It can be grouped into three main aspects:
-the legislative aspect: the lacking the framework to provide high-quality territory supervision;
-the ecological aspect, caused by the natural succession and global climate change, like draining of ChNPP cooling pond, waterlogging, dying of woody biomass and, consequently, the emergence of forest fires and dust storms;
-the social aspect, including problems with liquidators, and unpredicted issues, aroused due to the rising interest of the international tourist community in visiting the ChNPP EZ.
チェルノブイリ立入禁止区域：現状と課題

ウクライナは福島の避難区域が直面する可能性のある状況について、独自の概要を提示している。我々は福島の復興に向けたチェルノブイリの立入禁止区域（ChNPP EZ）での復興活動を踏まえ、ChNPP EZと福島の避難指示地域の双方での共同研究に向けた新たな課題を紹介する。我々はChNPP EZの出現がもたらす影響と課題を調査し、分類した。それは立法上な側面、すなわち、質の高い地域の監視を提供するための枠組みの欠如；自然遷移と地球規模の気候変動による生態学的な側面、例えば、ChNPPの冷却池の排水、ウォーターロギング、木質バイオマスの枯渇、その結果としての森林火災と砂嵐の発生；清算人との問題、国際的な観光客のChNPP EZへの訪問への関心の高まりにより生じた予測できない問題などの社会的側面の3つの主要側面にグループ分けすることができる。
